who we are

The Surety Association of Georgia promotes the use of corporate suretyship with in the state of Georgia. We provide a central facility for correspondence, discussion, and action of local surety issues and/or problems both internally and with outside parties/organizations. As a benefit to our members, we are able to review contracts and bond forms in order to give a professional opinion. Our officers are also available to discuss surety issues with outside organizations.

Our membership includes underwriters, agents, brokers, claims personnel, attorneys, CPA's, consultants, and others related to our industry. We meet as an organization at least once quarterly.
